Vector is a privilege
A right is a protection that you are guaranteed; these can never be taken away from a person. However, a privilege is earned, and it can be taken away at any point.
Working with Vector Marketing is a privilege. It is an absolute privilege to be able to work with and for such a phenomenal company.
Without Vector Marketing Canada there would be a part of me missing. There would be emptiness in personal improvements. There would be a loss of relationships with the spectacular staff of Vector and it's sales representatives. And of course, a great loss of connecting with all my customers, which are now friendships.
There would be no one there to push me to be a better individual. There would be no one there for motivational support. There would be no more weekly team meetings to celebrate the successes within the office. There would be no more improving sales skills or individual abilities. There would be no more keystaff meetings teaching ninja selling skills. There would be no more attendance to inspirational conferences with excellent speakers and skills to learn. There would be no more push weeks with the friendliest competitions. There would be no more knee shaking push week countdowns on stage. There would be no more hard earned sales promotions. There would be no more trophy winning. The would be no more race for the number one spot in the scholarship competition. There would be no more company trips, paid for by the company. There would be no more PDI calls or calls with your manager celebrating your success. There would be no more happy dances after the sale of a homemaker set, or your fifth sale of the day. There would be no more grand days, or comma paycheques. There would be no more weekend newsletter recognition. There would be no more personal growth. There would be no more Vector opportunity.
It is an absolute privilege to work for Vector Marketing. It would be an utter shame to have this privilege taken away. And personally, I wouldn’t lose it for the world.
